The cost of owning and renting property in Tignes can be high.  I aim to help owners keep their expenses down to in turn help provide more affordable seasonnaire accommodation.

A property owner myself, living and working in Tignes for over 20 years, I offer a comprehensive service for seasonal and yearly lets.  I am passionate about our resort and its community, and I understand the difficulties and concerns of both owners and tenants regarding the rental market.

Managing apartments on behalf of their owners I work not only with companies and tour operators, providing accommodation for resort staff, but also facilitating client introduction with direct/independent tenants.

With agreed rental prices in place we will draw up contracts for signature and I will then be responsible for key holding, inventories, handovers and subsequent general management of properties.

Owners and tenants can be confident that with trusted electricians, builders and plumbers to hand, any maintenance issues that may arise can be efficiently and professionally dealt with. Bringing affordable reliability and peace of mind to both owners and tenants alike.
