With competitively priced management fees I am able to facilitate getting your property occupied quickly and satisfactorily.
Once I have a tenant/tenants for your apartment and the rental price and payment structure has been agreed upon, I will then draw up and arrange for signatures of the rental contract.
I can help tenants to set up the correct tenancy insurance, assuring your peace of mind.
Once I have completed an inventory with the tenant and the handover of keys to your apartment, I will remain contactable throughout the duration of their stay. Should there be any concerns, or if any problems arise such as an issue with plumbing or general maintenance, I will aim to get these resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
